    Would you be interested in joining a challenge team?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Winter challenge will be getting started the beginning of December. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meat your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Fall we had a World Series and a Haunted House. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Winter challenge.     Hey! Thanks for the other comment on my blog! I actually have a Fitbit. I love it!! I'm usually really good about getting my 10k steps a day. I've never had a problem with getting a workout in. I LOVE to workout and be active.
