Mum of 3 growing kids, work part time in a fairly stressful job, hence coming home from work and indulging in chocolate to relieve the stress. Not a good idea. Purchased a treadmill a while ago, so am now on the road to a new Skinnier prouder me.

Fitness Minutes: 0

My Goals:
To lose most of or even all of my excess baggage by Christmas. I want to wear my lovely summer clothes.

My Program:
 I do at least 30 minutes on my treadmill everyday. I have found that I am sleeping so much better since watching what I am eating as well as exercising. Thankyou for the motivation Spark Team.

Yes I am still walking the long road to nowhere on my treadmill. I have upped the speed and now walking 4.25 kilometers in 40 minutes... WOW!!! 3 weeks now and I have lost 3 kilos.

Other Information:
 I love doing cross stitch and patchwork. Infact, I have to have a daily fix of craft most days.
