I decided after collective research to change my life style in eating. Hoping to learn from others who share the same goals to make this journey easier. In the process of becoming a semi vegetarian I did not realize that veggies where more like a small size snack to go with my meal until now. I was a true meat eater. Currently working aa a gourmet cook I can easliy prepare chicken and turkey dishes as a replacement with a large variety to explore so I am not really craving meat. My first two weeks I was a true bread and salad eater and had lost 2lbs so far. All the ruffage was hard to diegest. Now, I only eat small salads and dream about one day purchasing this juicer I adore on HSN. I joined this site looking for support from other people, semi vegetarians, and christains. I have two beutiful twin girls who are Teenagers. They are can be challeging and wonderful all at the same time. Their biggest worry is they wish they where old enoth to an adult while realizing their limitations as a minor. The thought of it all seems to have them nervous.

I was military for many years and I am currently living close to my family, settle my kids, and achieve my B.A. The military give soliders money to go to school but not much time so most people complete thier degrees after they get out.

My Goals:
My goals are to loose 45lbs. So hard. I been to weight watchers of and on. I will get close then stop counting my points after a year it is back. I am tring to have a life style where I learn how to eat healthy period not just count calories or points and see if I do not go over that my limit each day.

Start working in the Fine Wine Industry for a Distributor while completing school.


My Program:
I am learning how to eat veggies, and some chicken and fish through out the course of the week. Later I will include a work out program on my total gym. I have very flat arches so running or fast walking five miles like I use to has become too painful.
