    You are SO right! Clothes are so much more fun!! I try to be frugal, knowing that I probably won't be wearing it for long. I hit up some garage sales this weekend and got a couple of good deals. YAY! $2 jeans and sweaters, $1 skirts, and $0.25 tanks!

    I visited a nutritionist. He told me cantaloupe was better but still don't eat a whole lot. The sugars in melons, especially watermelon are easily used by the body and cause immediate response with insulin. About 2-3 hours later you should get a "low(er)" glucose level and feel less energized and needing more food.
    Check out glycemic indexes with foods. Foods that take a longer time to induce insulin response help you feel full longer and have a "time-release" factor that keeps you body moron an even keel. That's why proteins are good. It takes longer to digest into usable glucose molecules.
    But don't stop eating watermelon!
