    UGH! I definitely know the feeling! I have been on NO caffiene since I got preggo! It sucks!! You are doing great! i sucked since we went out for our anniversary tonight so I am back on 1200 calories for a few days tomorrow! I suck! I hate being starving all the time!!! You are doing awesome this week!!!

    hey girl! thanks for saying that about the baby weight! Its just a mental thing for me! I worked 3 years SOO hard to see the baby weight coming off and then to start seeing the scale go up up up its killing me! I have only gained 2 lbs though and hoping to stay there until my 2nd trimester!! (or lose a few even ;) NOW about you- well the important thing is that you havent turned your back on Spark. You just need to get a mindset- this is for the rest of your LIFE! I know its sad and depressing (at least to me it was). You need to get into a routine...maybe strict 6 days, eat whatever you want one day. And make that the same way EVERY week and do not differ. Once you make a habit out it, its not hard or sad or depressing. Right now I am pregnant, and still counting calories and measuring out all my portions. I dont have to do it right now, I could eat unhealthy even and probably not gain- but the truth is- I dont even know HOW to eat badly during the week anymore! Because I made it a habit. Do I eat badly on Saturdays? YES! Because I made it a habit (and I am not proud of it but it keeps me sane!!) You just gotta stay on top of it and if you fall off ONE day, make it ONE day...not a week or a month. I am going to be checking your logs!! you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day!! Log every BITE!! You can do this!!! Cant wait until you move up here!! its getting close!!
