Introduction Text I am feeling my age (and weight) and realize that I will not be on this Earth long if I do not lose weight. I realize I have to change my entire way of life to survive. It took a long time to GET this fat, it will take time to lose this fat. Since I got fat I have been very self conscience about showing my body in public, NO MORE! I wore a swimsuit for the first time in 15 yrs and have joined a water exercise class.

I want to be able to enjoy life. I want to be able to walk without getting winded. I want to be able to ride a bicycle. I want to be under 200 lbs. I want my kness to not hurt

Slowly increase my exercise from non existant . I will start by walking short distances and slowly increase the distance. I will do non stressful exercise and then increase and expand the exercise plan. I will monitor my eating and nutrition. I will take the stairs instead of the elevator and park further away from any buildings. I will exercise at the gym 2-3 times a week. I will swim 2-3 times a week.
