My name is Tracy and I am a Children/Teen Librarian/mother/artist/writer... The recent breaking point for me was going to Paris with my husband and being shocked at reflections of myself, feeling uncomfortable in my clothes, and hating so many of the photos. My Goals:
-lose at least 50 lbs
-run a 5K
-broaden my shopping options
-look s**t hot in a pair of jeans
-reach my optimum healthiness!


My Program:
 -go to the gym 3x a week
-follow the spark diet plan
-track everything
-be an active member of the spark community


Personal Information:
I live in Bath, England and am addicted to teen fiction. I'm working on my first young adult novel.

    Hehe, I don't have enough stuff on the iPhone for a shuffle to be much different from a playlist. It would work on the iPod, but then, the thing doesn't distinguish between Christmas music, regular music and Welsh class! I can just see myself on the long run, explaining to someone how I managed to not fall down the stairs on the way to the pub for a beer!! emoticon
