I started the Six Week Body Makeover at the end of June 2007. So far I have lost 76lbs. I am working to lose another 34lbs. Then I will make a decision at this point if I need to lose a few more pounds. I started this page hoping I would find some new online friend to motivate me along my journey.

I have lost another 10lbs. since the last time I updated this page. The theme lately is slow and steady wins the race. I keep moving in the right direct though. Now that the weather will be getting nicer I am sure I will feel more motivated to get moving. More movement will make a difference.

I haven't been on this page for a while but I have been making progress. At the beginning of the year I join a biggest loser competition at the local YMCA. This has helped me get the weigh loss a moving again. There is still another month left in the competition so I am hoping that I can see another 10 lbs. gone before it is over :).

Wow I have been away a long time. Back again needing to lose weight I gained back. I believe my biggest lesson is to learn how to lose then maintain. Hear we day at a time...little by little.

    Thank you for your kind and positive words of encouragement on my blog!!! emoticon Isn't it amazing how we can feel such a physical change in such a short time?? And believe me, I've also had some slip ups in the food department! emoticon I just think it's important that we not beat ourselves up and let this derail us!!! I am trying to be like the old toy, the Etch-a-sketch!! When I have a bad day, I just shake it off and start new!! emoticon Hmmm....that might just be the subject of my next blog!! LOL Anyway, I hope things are going well for you and that you keep on Sparking, because emoticon !!!

    I see you are BACK and posting again! I am so happy! I am re-starting 6 Week Body Makeover on the 29th, more or less. I had gotten to a great weight and then have managed to gain back 18 pounds eating junk again. Plus, I developed severe hypothyroidism, adrenals are non-functioning and my body is not properly processing estrogens. I am not being deterred though and I am getting my head back in the program. I will be cooking and storing up meals all week. I hope you will come back to the team and be a part of our gRoup again. I love our group. The faithful and emoticon few. There is Sharom, who is our poster child! She lost around 100 pounds! She has gained back sone since coming off the plan and has tried several other plans She keeps us on our toes. Jan, Michelle, Heather, Caroline, and myself are the rest of the regulars. We see PG and Andy from time to time. I wish you the best. I am here for you! Leeanna (LA) emoticon
