Can't say im trying to get back in shape as I never really was in shape, but am trying to lose some weight and get myself healthier than I have been in a long while.

Im going to set a goal list like Ive seen other people do. Its hard to think of rewards though, because I don't have any money atm ha ha.

My starting weight was about 96kg, maybe a little more. Thats about 211 lbs. So far, I have went from 96kg (April 22, 2010) to ~89 kg (July 14, 2010) Thats about 15 lbs lost ;)
My Wii fit is the best scale I have, I guess. So I use that to measure. I used to choose measurements for the clothes but I found those always threw off the accuracy, so now I just weigh in in my underwear, and select -0 kg. I usually do it in the morning, before breakfast - I'm trying to avoid doing it everyday, and usually do it twice a week. So! ON to The List!

96 kg (~211 lbs) - (Heaviest start weight) May 2010
89 kg (196 lbs)- July 14, 2010
86 kg (190 lbs) -August 6, 2010
84 kg (185 lbs)-
81.5 kg (180 lbs) -
79 kg (175 lbs)-

Hope to be here by January 31, 2011

My Goals:
In addition to feeling healthier, and having more energy and endurance, I am patiently waiting for the following to shrink:

- My waist
- My arms
- My thighs
- My boobs
- My face

Hahaha


My Program:
Watching my calorie intake, as well as exercising and staying active. My activities include running, biking, walking, softball and occasional pool exercises. I don't have access to a gym atm so strength training is just pushups and sit ups etc for now. Im getting good at Hindu Pushups haha
