9/21/11- Well hello again! This week I have started whipping it back into shape...lol. I did a total body sculpt on Monday with another day to do in the a.m.. I have strapped back on my pedometer to keep me moving more! Also, I have re-enlisted one of my besties to do it with me! Here's to a strong start:)






2/21/10 Today, there's a new blog under my belt...it has to be the best one by far. I love that I know I can do this. Short, sweet, and to the point!

2-2-10 Wow! Officially more than half way thru my shredding commitment/decision:) It is so nice to hear people say what are you doing? are you losing weight? That just lets me know something is definitely working! Happy to have friends join me on the motivation parade. I drank 5 here me say 5 cups of water today...slowly but surely building to that happy number 8:) I feel so much better after working out. Hopefully it will be a habit after these 30 days!!!

1-25-10 I took measurements finally! Good news...from the last time I took them my waist is 1.5 inches smaller and my hips are 2 inches smaller:) Yay! I am almost through with Level 1 of the shred and push ups are getting easier:) I have drank 2 cups of H2O and its only 1030am...My energy is up and my stress is low...No bad news today!

1-23-10 So, I am officially through the first half of Level 1 of the 30DS! Since taking back control and being accountable for my food and exercise, I have lost 4lbs! I am on the border of 130-ville and I am so pumped...I swear I don't recall the last time I have ever weighed 130 something! Spark has kept me accountable and I love being able to see where I need to make improvements. I am so happy my BFF has joined me on this journey...still have to work on the small goals and rewards. I did however set one. Finish 30 days consistently on the shred and I get to buy a new outfit:) Still need to drink more water:( I used to drink none and now I average 3 glasses daily. Today, I aim for 5!

1-18-2010 OMG OMG OMG...I forgot that Jillian seriously makes me feel very weak! I conquered Day 1 of the 30DS!!! I followed a fantastic breakfast plan! Hmm...I need to really sit and think of some short term goals to reach and the rewards to complete them...guess that's my mission! Good luck sparkers!

1-16-2010 Yesterday was my first official weigh in and I rocked it! I am down 3lbs but more importantly...I am feeling so good again. Last night I did 4 miles thought I was gonna die because I was soooo tired, but I did it and was so proud of myself. Who would have thought that...I am proud of myself. Here's to staying on track:)

1-11-2010 Drinking good ole' H2O quite the victory for me:) Been wearing my shape ups for my 12 hr shifts the past two nights! Let's see started with good now to the ugly...Ate too much fat:( Boo...and ending on a good note...I have been taking my necessary oils...including fish and flaxseed:) Until the next entry...:)

1-8-2010 Well, well well! I did 4 miles today with my new sketcher shape ups, my numbers as far as food intake are great...except I need a bit more protein. It was a good first day back:)

4-18-09TOOK A VACATION AWAY:( BUT NOW I AM BACK:) TIME TO MAKE BETTER CHOICES AGAIN. MY WEIGHT HAS BEEN UNCHANGED BUT I DON'T FEEL AS GOOD ANYMORE. SO, HERE'S TO A GOOD DAY...THEN WEEK...LET'S JUST SAY IT, HERE'S TO CONSISTENCY WITH THIS! GOOD LUCK ALL:)

11-24-08 TODAY I STARTED MY NEW JOURNEY WITH JILLIAN MICHAELS 30 DAY SHRED....AND LET ME TELL YOU...IT OFFICIALLY KICKED MY BUTT! CAN'T WAIT TO DO IT AGAIN TOMORROW:)

HERE I AM OCTOBER OF 2008 AND 40.4LBS LIGHTER!!! I AM OFFICIALLY 10LBS FROM MY FIRST PERSONAL GOAL. TIME TO REGROUP MY BRAIN AND GET A CONSISTENT SCHEDULE IN PLACE...BIGGEST LOSER TIPS ARE NOW IN TACT:
1) NEVER GO IT ALONE
2) ATTITUDE MATTERS
3) I WON'T ALWAYS SEE RESULTS
4) I HAVE TO TRAIN MY BRAIN
5) I HAVE TO CHANGE MY LIFESTYLE
6) I HAVE TO WORK HARD
7) I HAVE TO HAVE FUN
8) I HAVE TO BE CONSISTENT...(MY GREATEST STRUGGLE)

TIME TO GET TO WORK...AND REALLY WORK IT:)

SO TO DATE, I HAVE LOST 37.2LB'S...WHICH IS A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT. HOWEVER, I HAVE LOST THE DRIVE TO DO THE WORKING OUT:( I HAVE SOMEHOW GOT DISTRACTED BY THE FACT THAT I CAN'T SEEM TO BUDGE THE REMAINING WEIGHT. THEN LOGICALLY I REMEMBER, I HAVEN'T BEEN BUSTING OUT THE WORKOUTS LIKE I WAS.

HERE IS THE NEW GAME PLAN....NO MORE EXCUSES. FIND THE TIME FIND THE TIME FIND THE TIME AND IT WILL COME OFF. GOOD LUCK SPARKERS...
