Finding Myself - One Step at a Time
My name is Brenda. I live in Wisconsin. I've always been overweight. I discovered that its a family tendency to equate food with love. It's time to break that cycle. The health of my immediate family had caused me to stop looking after myself. I'm also extremely shy and tend to be a wallflower. I'm trying to find myself & stop hiding from life with my weight.

My Goals:
1. Lose 10 pounds
2. Go Indoor skydiving
3. Run a 5K
4. Run a marathon by my 50th birthday
5. Run 1/2 marathon by my 45th birthday.
My Program:
I'm a walker. I try to get 10,000 steps a day. I also use the Walk Away the Pounds DVD's. I love the Walk & Jog and the Walk & Kick.
