    I read your page after being invite by a link. I lost over 100 pounds and gained about 25 back. It's a mindset you have to not let in to anything. Think of food as only being fuel and nothing more. I'm obsessed with food, and worrying about it all the time is my downfall.
    We both know how, lets just do it and get it over with. If you eat too many calories, you don't lose weight. It doesn't matter what else you do. An honest food diary is the #1 tool

    Hello, you left a '12' on a message board intended for asking questions about using SparkPeople. Harmless, except this will create the unintended consequence of turning the topic into a 'game'. It was not intended to ask how many points you had for nutrition today, it was intended to ask a question about the nutrition tracker. Can I ask you a favor and ask you to delete your response so it remains a serious question? emoticon

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl. If you decide this might be for you you can leave your name on the waitlist for the Spring challenge.     There are a few companies that manufacture water add-ins, some powdered, some liquid. I've seen purse-sized vials of liquid that you can squirt into a glass of water. Handy if you're in a restaurant. I personally like Crystal Light's packets of powder, however, I don't make up a half gallon pitcher with it, because that is too strong for me. I just sprinkle a bit from the packet into my glass of water. I can always add more. Cherry Pomegranate is my favorite flavor from Crystal Light.

    I have plateaued and am anxious about it, my middle is not going down grr! I plan to stay Sparking until me and my body gets it right! emoticon
