Gettin' Fit!
I've tried to lose weight a lot of times in a lot of different ways. I always looked to other people to motivate me. I have come to realize that the only one that can conquer this journey is me! I lost 30 lbs last year and then gained it back over the summer because of stress and I let too many other things get in the way. I want to surpass where I was before and Keep It OFF!!!

My Goals:
I want to climb the hill I walk to work with out getting out of breath and sweaty.
I'd like to hold plank pose or downward dog with out my arms getting tired.
I want to actually run a 5K and train for a half marathon. (Maybe even the NIKE Women's)
My Program:
I'm using the SP diet plan. I use Spark Coach everyday and track my food on SP.
I also, have a body media, like the one's they use on the biggest loser, to track my fitness.
I posted my rewards list at work.
Weight Loss Rewards:

(20) Massage (60 min)
