I'm in for the long haul, and thats okay.

I've been on this weight loss journey now for 12 years, and Spark has been in my life for 5 of those years. Some years I've really struggled, but some years the blessings poured on me like heavy rain. Every year has put me further down this road of life, and I'm learning so much along the way.

My Goals:
Here's my new goals:

1) Walk into the mall and shop at any store because I no longer have to wear plus size clothes.

2) Climb my first 14er

3) Run a 5K to support my nephew and increase stroke awareness.

4) Feel good about how I look

My Program:
I am working with a personal trainer to build muscle, strength and endurance. I am logging my food in spark to stay accountable everyday.
