    That's cool! I'll have to look into that app. That's awesome you are running, it will certainly help you reach your goals. I also think if you incorporate interval or sprints training, you will notice a big difference. It helped me bust through a plateau and be able to continuously lose now for a few weeks.

    Hey! I'm actually training for my first half marathon now :) There are tons of great websites with training plans. I kind of made up my own. I do strength/cross training three days a week, I also have a long run day, an easy paced run day, and an interval training day. This week my long run will be upped to 7 miles, which will be my farthest ever. Have you ran more than a couple miles at a time? When is the race you'd like to run? Mine is mid-November so I have PLENTY of time. Read as much as you can about the race and what refueling options they have along the course. I've read it's best to use them in training so you know how your body will react.

    That is an awesome surprise! I'm glad you're doing well adjusting! Exercising/Running really helps me with my anxiety. I know my weight loss journey has really helped me learn about myself and my body so much. I hope you can get just as in sync with your body as well.
