My hubby finally talked me into SparkPeople again because thats the only way I have ever really lost weight that like not crazy. About 30 years ago I lost 40 pounds with a 500 calorie a day diet and I was miserable and bitchy and made the family also miserable. With keto, even tho I didn't lose weight, only because of my lack of consistency, my blood glucose levels are good (no medication) and my high blood pressure got better too. Just not my weight. I've beat myself up for years because I am not consistent but the older I get, I am just realizing it very well could be because of being bipolar (the only thing I'm on meds for). So I shall try to be accountable to someone not in my immediate family and see how this goes for me.
