    so I woke up today and I am really sore, but I think that's a good thing because I have been doing more strength training in my workouts (like those videos I was telling you about). So we shall see if this maybe confuses my body a bit to help the weight loss? Ill keep you posted. Tell me about your first spin class! And anytime you make something delicious and low cal off that list of yours! emoticon

    Glad your back! I missed ya! Cycling, eh? That's awesome, and I did one Piloxing video on OnDemand and LOVED it. I love those videos, if you have on demand I suggest you check them out.. there are SO many.

    10lbs may seem optimistic, but shoot for the moon! emoticon That's exactly what I am doing, I got about 10 more to go before September, so we shall see. And you know what, if we don't make it, it's not like we are 80 years old, we have PLENTY of time to get thin emoticon .

    I understand the stress, that was another factor that contributed to some of my weight gain when I got back - back to stressful life, stressful work, stressful boys, stressful family - and for me, that leads to overeating.. overeating ice cream, overeating muffins, overeating PB, and all other high calorie low nutrient foods I now have within arms reach that I didn't before. So I had a bad few days, and I went up and down on the scale, so now I am just trying to track EVERYTHING I eat so I know WHAT and HOW MUCH I am eating.

    Keep me posted on how things are going to school! I will do the same! emoticon

    Hi! Yes I am BACK! I have been for about 2 weeks. Chile was AMAZING and I could not believe the weight loss success I had there. Now, there were no scales there so even though I felt like I was losing weight I didn't know for sure until I stepped on a scale back at home. Now, things have been tough here though (I actually gained 4 pounds back, I had lost 22 in total but I think part of that is my period emoticon ) because in Chile, I could not binge, we had ONLY fresh food. I kid you not, I ate nothing from a box the entire 6 weeks. I walked EVERYWHERE, and continued to run as well. So it was perfectly healthy weight loss. Back here, there are cookies and peanut butter and ice cream and muffins EVERYWHERE just calling my name, so I am learning balance again. But hey, I see the end in sight! That is my motivation. Please help keep me too it, though. I already slipped up and binged a few times, I do not want to anymore.

    Two steps forward, one step back girl. You got this. As long as you are even improving just a little itty bitty bit each week, that’s something. And I am going to check out that toneitup site! I haven’t been as religious with my exercising here in Chile, so I am a little nervous for how my running will be when I get back. I do some pushups and situps and run when I can, but most of my exercise is walking.. which just doesn’t build stamina like running does.

    But, i think you read my post, that I have been eating pretty well. The only problem is sometimes I go awhile without eating or even undereat a day and go to bed kinda hungry, and I know that is bad for metabolism. Yet, I have decided to try ‘clean eating’ when I get back to the states, or rather continue it since I am kind of doing it here. I have been learning so much and having tons of fun, but I will be excited to get back home and see the fam soon. Anywho, in a couple weeks I will get back home and be able to actual measure my progress with a scale and maybe a distance run. Til then!
