    I used to hardly ever hit my protein for the day. Now I have a protein smoothie for breakfast every day which I LOVE and am at 30 grams of protein before lunch. I do 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 cup milk, I figure out the exact amount of protein + the milk to = 30 g protein and stevia drops. If it didn't taste good, I would NOT drink it. Food is meant to be good emoticon Also, morning food needs to be easy and quick for me! Or it just isn't going to happen emoticon

    Thanks Tiffa i probably could do better with food im just a bad planner and lazy to try recipes. Which doesnt help. I cant seem to be able to get my protein to the level that Spark once me too. I plan on buying a food scale to check my portions.

    Hi, saw that you are at a plateau. Thought I could try to be your sounding board. Do you change up your fitness or so the same every day? Are you tracking all off your food or just trying to make healthy choices? Both are good, just curious. If you are tracking, do you track EVERYTHING? Maybe try switching your macronutrients up? If you eat more carbs than anything, try swinging to more protein? Have you tried any new fruits or veggies lately? Or cooking them in a new way? Hope you don't mind me just sticking my foot in, but I hope somebody will for me when I get stuck. I am sure it will happen at least once emoticon
