Time to re-commit to Sparkpeople
My name is Karen. I have been on Sparkpeople since July '09. Since then, I have been working on making this journey more of a lifestyle change than just a diet. I have changed a number of things in my life - the main one being becoming more active thanks to the many Sparkfriends that have both motivated and encouraged me.
