The Journey


Life is a journey. There are many places that I want to go and see and many things to do and experience. By being an active part of the spark community I'm starting to wake up the dormant healthy active person I used to be. It's this person who will be able to explore life more fully.

My Goals:
I want to climb to the top of the Mayan ruins without having to stop half way up.

My Program:
 Most of my gym workouts are on the treadmill with inclines up to 10. The dog is getting out for more walks. And, I''m trying to hike 2 to 3 miles every time I am able to go.
