The scale I bought was on Amazon and I chose it mainly because of the good ratings. It turns out that it was very reasonably priced at $19.99. I chose a digital scale because that's what I'm used to. I didn't want anything fancy that measured body fat or uploaded to an app or anything. I like to keep it simple. This scale is very thin and smaller than my other scale, which is a good thing. Thank you for your comment and support on my blog! It's so great to see someone on here from when I first joined! I caught up a bit on your blogs and I'm glad to see that you're putting yourself first too. It really is hard to do as a mom, but it is so worth it! I look forward to being back here and being on this journey together. I am here for you as well!

Good to hear from you. Not on SP as often as prior years, but still make my rounds occasionally. Good to hear you are back at it. Absence from SP does not mean neglect of lifestyle plans... I know it doesn't for me, and am pretty sure it doesn't for others. Glad your blogging again. 779 days ago

Hi! I read your comment on Riverbenicta’s post about being addicted to the scale, and it made me think a lot, and sparked the inspiration to reflect upon my own journey. I also really appreciated hearing your insight - thank you! 798 days ago
