Back on the way to healthy!!


I'm 55 with a 19 year old daughter who's just moved back home from college. I've recently retired, and want to spend some time focusing on becoming the best me I can, which includes being healthy. Lost almost 50 pounds on WW a couple years ago, put 12-15 back on right away, & stayed there till recently, when I gained 10 more. Working to get these off & be healthy & active!
