Introduction Text 6/29- Although I have made progress-its mostly been 2 steps forward and 1 step back. I am going to really try and work on my consistency. It seems I get one habit down and then start on another one only to let the previous one go. I restarted my spark program for a fresh start. 1/5 Well I made it through the holidays...not unscathed but I am starting the new year with my exercise habit. I have joined forces with my husband-we have made exercise a habit and now its time to work on the nutrition. I am ready to make 2009 my year!!! Hi all. I think I have finally let myself go as far as I possibly can. I have always stuggled with my weight. I am a yo-yo dieter...mostly on the upswing. This weekend I had a defining moment..We were having a few more pictures taken in my wedding dress...After only 2 months the dress barely zips...it took one person to hold it together and another to pry the zipper up. I knew I had gained some weight on the honeymoon. When I came back home I started a new job and hectic schedule that have only added to my weight gain. So, as my 30th birthday looms near...I am ready to reclaim my life, health and body.

July Goals: Water- Minimum of 8 glasses. Soda-To abstain the entire month of July. Cardio-Mix it up, try the dvds that are collecting dust, get outside and enjoy the sunshine. ST-Work on developing a plan I can stick to, that I can do at home or work. Flexibility-To start or end the day with yoga. Nutrition-6 mini meals Supplements-To remember to take CLA and Green tea BID.

Eat less...move more...make better nutritional choices...drink enough water...make lifestyle changes that I can keep up with for the rest of my life. Perserverance not perfection!!!
