I hope that your daughter is okay.
Don't feel bad about not getting to the video. Taking care of your daughter was much more important. I really wanted to get my walk in tonight but my hubby asked me to go with him & my son to the range... and I chose them instead ( and actually was glad that I did! ). However, tomorrow morning I'll be lacing up my sneakers!!!
Any good plans for the weekend? Hope you'll be doing something FUN!

I like my gyoza grass-free, thanks very much! lol

I looked it up as I've never heard of it, and it looks like grass I had in Texas (where I'm from). I'm all about this clean eating, but I'm not going to the yard to graze. yet. emoticon

but seriously...they call pot stickers that too here sometimes. But at two dollars and change for a huge bag, I'm going to keep buying them. Yours sound delicious though!

Thanks again for your comments. You have not failed to make me smile every day I've been here!

eta: and yes, I ate with chopsticks, which genetics should make easy, but reality does in fact, not. emoticon

I'm thinking of starting a book "The Chopstick Diet", because if you don't use them well, it takes waaaay longer to eat your food and you don't end up eating as much before you're full. lol

Taking time "to smell the roses" is what my plans on for now. I think making changes slowly and steadily will result in permanent changes for the good.

Thank you for commenting on my BLOG about change. I'm certain that if you follow the "slow but steady wins the race" theory, you too will be very happy with the results.

All the best to you. Have an awesome weekend. Living in Japan must be so beautiful. My cousin lives with his wife and son n Taiwan and some of the pictures of places they have been are just breath taking.

It's been humid here lately! Rain is always a welcome thing here in the desert. Problem is...everyone here has swamp coolers (which don't work well with humidity) so I'm sitting here with the fan sweating too. lol.

Anyway, as you said it will be nice to have the site (and certain people on it!) there when I get home. So you keep up the blogging too, li'l missy!

    5:45!? Are you in Japan?!

I'm actually part Japanese. My grandmother is from there. Married a cute Irish-American soldier and came over to meet John Wayne. lol.

    Have a great day!
