Taking time "to smell the roses" is what my plans on for now. I think making changes slowly and steadily will result in permanent changes for the good.
Thank you for commenting on my BLOG about change. I'm certain that if you follow the "slow but steady wins the race" theory, you too will be very happy with the results.
All the best to you. Have an awesome weekend. Living in Japan must be so beautiful. My cousin lives with his wife and son n Taiwan and some of the pictures of places they have been are just breath taking. 2416 days ago

It's been humid here lately! Rain is always a welcome thing here in the desert. Problem is...everyone here has swamp coolers (which don't work well with humidity) so I'm sitting here with the fan sweating too. lol.
Anyway, as you said it will be nice to have the site (and certain people on it!) there when I get home. So you keep up the blogging too, li'l missy!

YAY = go do that exercise video!!! You WILL feel better :) I hear you about the joint pain... my knee doc suggested fish oil pills and I've found that I'm doing real well with Mega Red krill oil joint care... it was mightly expensive but it's helping me more than the regular fish oil I"d been taking for months.
