    Those 10 minutes of day exercising is very beneficial to your well being. You would not think it, but it is. I do my 10 minutes every day too. It helps me too. Sometimes I really have to push myself to do my 10 minutes but after I do I feel better. I am glad it is having such a positive impact on you. emoticon
