    That doesn't sound silly to me at all. I lose weight at 1300 calories. At 1290, I begin to see a slowdown of weight loss. Good luck! 💪

    Eat healthy snacks between healthy meals and lots of exercise. Drink only water. I'm down 12lbs. A lot of water weight but I can tell and I FEEL GREAT!

    I'm in same boat u r. Rarely ate & didn't realize that matters in weight loss. I've been trying everything. I hate breakfast and usually only eat dinner..if that. But for the past 2 weeks, I've changed all that. Set my alarm 4 evey 3 hrs.

    Lol. That's great Jess! I weighed in this morning for the first time. Down 5 lbs. Really motivating to see that. Now I'm just trying to figure out if my daily calorie intake is supposed to change as I lose weight
