Introduction Text I came across this website while surfing the internet. I read on there about people like me who truly want to lose weight. It could be of an encouragement to me, to see others my age or older losing weight and feeling good. Maybe we can get to our goals together! I do enjoy being a Spark Member and have met alot of great Sparkers too!



I'm counting my calories and walking on the treadmill everyday, eating sensibly, and drinking lots of water. Now that it is Spring, I will be working in my yard alot. We have several cactus beds in our yard. They are blooming right now!My husband and I have bikes to ride, which we really enjoy!

I'm Rosa, I am married to a wonderful man who is supportive of anything that I do. We have our little girl Ginger of course. She hails from Texas. Ginger passed in December. We have two little Maltese twin girls, that have stolen our hearts! Ginger is always with us and always will be.
