Introduction Text Hey Im Caitlin, Im 20 years old. I live in Memphis,Tn and I absolutely love it here. There is so much to do and its just a great city with alot of history. I have a great job and friends and Im also in a wonderful relationship....The only thing Im really having problems with is my weight. Im 5'0 and weight about 125....I know it does`nt sound like much but Im not very tall....I need to loose about 15 lbs. I love to go out and I like to drink...thats another problem. Hopefully by joining this site and making friends will help have alot more motivation for helping me loose the weight. If anyone wants to talk just message me =)

My # 1 goal is to loose 15 lbs and to really watch what I eat! I also really want to get an excerise routine going for whenever I get off work! Its really hard to get motivated, especially when you work as much as I do!

My program is to eat only 1200 - 1550 calories a day. I need to also eat a high fiber breakfast , lots of fruit, chicken, veggies...I think you get where Im going with this. Oh and do 30 minutes of cargio 3 times a week!

Hey Im Caitlin, Im from Memphis, Tn. I love it here and there is much to do! Ive lived here all my life but have also done alot of traveling... I love to dance, hang out with my friends, go to parties, throw parties, my job, my boyfriend, my family, shopping, decorating, yard sales, antique shops, 4- wheelers, Memphis Tigers games, Drinking, poker, black jack, rap music, country music, classic rock music, going to the river/ lake, concerts, karaoke...basicly anything fun and outgoing!
