Hey I read your blog.... and one thing that works for me (not everyone, but for me) is to get up and just do it..... I drink my shake and then do my workout... and bam its done. There are mornings I don't look forward to sweating but deep inside I lOVE the way I feel after. An added plus is that i have more energy if I do work out and it starts my day off right. I am sharp focused and I want to keep going. Also try a protien shake... honest I do love my shakes!!!!!! I does fill me up and gives me my proten. I am ready now for my workout!!!! 3917 days ago
