When I came to Japan, I weighed a healthy 63 kg, but after a year of unhealthy living and stress and whatever, I was 15 kilos heavier. Over the years my weight has been yo-yo-ing, peeking at 84 kg in January 2003. That same year I went on a diet (with help of medicine) and lost 15 kg in 6 months. But, as feared, the weight came back, slowly but surely, at a leisurely pace of 2 or 3 kg per year. This March I reached another peek, 82kg. Ouch.
So on March 17th I decided to take control again, and managed to already lose 1.5 kg in 2 weeks.
My aim is to shed the pounds and the fat, in a healthy way. I'm not looking for quick results, but steady results. I'm setting up small goals every month. For March it was getting under 80kg, which I did. For April it is to get under 78kg. I f everything goes well, I hope to have lost about 10kg by the end of the year. And then, I'll take it from there... and maybe, one day, I'll weigh 63 kg again...

January 6th 2010.
I've been at a standstill with my weight for 2 months now. My weight is fluctuating between 68 and 69 kilos. I need to get serious again if I want to get to my goal of 63. Even though I kinda feel good about myself now with this weight.

My Goals:
to lose 1.5 to 2 kg per month. And to lose 10% bodyfat (that's the hardest part)
*8/3/2009 - bodyfat down by 7% already.

1st goal: weigh less than 70 kg by December 31, 2009.
GOAL MET on September 20, 2009.

My Program:
eating 3 small well-balanced meals and 2 snacks a day.
drinking lots of water.

trying to get in 3h of cardio a week and strenth training 3 days per week.

height 1.64m

I master 4 languages: French, Dutch, English and Japanese.

Other Information:
I'm a pro at virtual exercise.
