Hi all! I am an interesting little contradiction. I am trying my hardest to lose weight! I exercise lots, I actually enjoy it too. I love being active by playing soccer, riding bikes, skiing, etc...but I just cant seem to get my eating in check. I eat when I'm bored, when I'm stressed, or sometimes sad. I also have a sweet tooth. It's the thing I am most challenging myself to work on.
I am a vegetarian, but a bad one. I am trying to incorporate mre green and raw foods into my diet and less sugar and fat.
If you have any advice on how to supress cravings, etc let's talk!

Fitness Minutes: 584

My Goals:
I want to lose as much weight as I make my big move to Copenhagen, Denmark on August 1st.

I want to seriouslt change my eating habits and make exercise a part of my daily integral as sleeping and eating and breathing.

My Program:
I will do an elliptical 30 minutes 5 times a week and try to incorporate some sort of strength training twice a week.
I am trying to control portion sizes and will do so with a food log.
I am trying to drink more water daily and get atleast 7.5 hours of sleep a night minimum.
Oh God, help me.

Personal Information:
I am a senior in college in NYC. I am 22 years old and I am looking for a jogging buddy when the weather gets warm. Oooor someone who will let me take their big loveable dog on walks. I'll do it for free!

    Hi! Yes, I do go to CUSSW. When its not so damn freezing, I'd love to find a jogging buddy. I also have a dog, so if you are really interested in getting some dog walks in, let me know. I work long hours at my internship 3 days a week, so he would love the company and exercise.

    I also do 8 mins on youtube. It cracks me up. Ladies on the knees!

    What's this skiing gym? And do you know of any kickball teams up here?
