Hello to you friendly Sparks folks,
Realize it is time to connect with others, it has always seemed a bit odd to talk to people I do not know about weight and health. Am making a commitment to be faithful in my contact here and really want to make a positive change; that is after all why I am here.
A childless widow with a cat I gave away my rocking chair so I would not be a cliche. Have a bit of a dry wit, enjoy people and making my little part of the world a kinder, peaceful place.
May we all achieve our goals, so when we relfect upon our day as we close our eyes we say "It is good".

Fitness Minutes: 80

My Goals:
Lose twenty five pounds by March.

Make a goal list wtih dates for my career projects.

Get organized, as eveything is connected and disorganization affects my weight/health goals as well as my work.

Start lifiting weights.

Back pack or at least camp by spring 2014.

And wear my high heels as much as possible before I have to hang them up.

Read War and Peace.

My Program:
YMCA: fortuantely for me they do not require you to sing that old rock song to join. I will chose classes and use the indoor track starting Nov. 1.
Will graciously decline my culinary gourmet cooking neighbors high calorie foods (that is is hard; pary for me).
I will drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
Conceived in Memphis and birthed in New York;
I am culturally diverse.

Other Information:
Appreciate any kind words of encouragement because I need a support group and that means you.
Plus, you reap what you sow so you will be blessed.
