Introduction Text I am a Type 2 Diabetic who keeps falling off the healthy wagon. Although I have already lost weight in the last few years, I still need to lose about 50lbs., and thought this would be a great place to do it! I am here to encourage and motivate others, and hope some people here can inspire me too. :)

Short Term Goal: Lose 8-10 lbs. by end of March 2016 Long Term Goal: Lose 30 lbs. by the end of 2016

I am currently doing the 21 Day Fix, as well as other cardio where I can. I also enjoy walking and biking.

I live in a city about an hour away from Toronto, Ontario. I have an amazing job where I get to help people everyday. Working on being a better me while helping and motivating others to be the best they can be!

I love to read, to play video games, and would like to learn how to play guitar again. I enjoy helping others and like to learn new things and challenge myself as much as I can.
