In 2004 and 2005 I lost a good 40+ pounds... it took me about nine months. The hardest was the first 15 pounds. Once everyone would tell me, "Wow! You've lost weight!" there was no stopping me... I realized the hard work and commitment to myself was well worth the results. To my surprise, I became a gym addict. I felt like my day wasn't complete until I went to the gym... I'd pass by a Mickey D's and say "How could people eat THAT!?" Yeah, well...

Before I knew it, I grew complacent and thought I would reward myself... with food it seemed! I met my new boyfriend and my diet and excercise routine were out the door! My goo-goo eyes over him didn't let me see how much food I was eating and before I knew it, my favorite jeans were my least favorite.

It's been stop and go for me for about a year, I lose and I gain. Weekends are the worst for me - I eat junk, I drink, I don't work out. There goes all the salads and Weight Watcher frozen meals I ingested all week!

I don't know why this second time around is so hard for me... but I need all the support I can get. I really want to lose the weight I've gained... HELP! =)

I'm looking to motivate and be motivated - it can be done! I did it before, heck, I'll do it AGAIN! 2008 is it!

I am getting married in June 2009 (Offical Date TBA) and I really really really must be in shape for my wedding and honeymoon - there's just no choice here!

My Program:
I'm following Weight Watchers points Monday-Friday and trying to keep away from junk on the weekends, including alcohol. Hoping to get to the gym 3-4 times a week for serious cardio!

I'm Cuban... yeah, rice, beans and everything fried! Grr!
