2020: Year of the WINNER
56 year old grandma (10 grandchildren), born & raised in NH but now living near the Grand Canyon National Park.

“If it was about knowledge, we would all be skinny and rich. It’s not about what you know but what you do!

    Weigh-in Saturday thoughts...I know the number on the scale is just a snapshot of a moment in time. I know my weight loss is part of a long, continuous, lifelong journey. I expect to sometimes feel great about the number and where I am on the scale. Sometimes it won’t be that way. When I have gained weight I know I need to re-evaluate the foods in my diet, my activity & exercise levels, water I am drinking, the stress levels I am dealing with, and my sleep habits and patterns. I know the scale does not define who I am. It doesn't make me good or bad. It only tells me whether or not I am on track to reach my goals. Then I make the adjustments needed and continue to follow my daily plan and I will see results over time.
