I love being on Spark People.

I'm so happy to have this resource. I use Lose It mostly as my calorie tracker, but I love all that Spark People has to offer.

I love doing Walking Online Workouts, Essentrics, Jessica Smith, Ellen Barrett, barre, and occasionally the sturdy treadmill.

    emoticon there are some days that you fall off the wagon, the key is just get back on, I hit this plateau and was about to say screw it, but I changed things up, and the scale is moving and the inches are coming off emoticon

    This is the first successful program I have found in my 60+ years of dieting and I know it will work for you. Make good use of that Tracker and try to get that daily walk.
