Introduction Text Thanks for stopping by! I am excited that I weigh 30 pounds less than this time last year. But my habits still need much work... still struggling with eating when I'm not hungry, especially in the evening. It is so important to me that I continue to drop weight, because, for one thing, I am still in the obese category. And it is a dangerous thing to just fluctuate up and down, because it means I am not focused on eating properly. That's how I gained so much weight in the first place. I am a music teacher that loves to sit at my baby grand piano to play and sing. I love reading other people's blog and spark pages. They are so inspiring!

I started on 9/9/10 with using the nutrition tracker consistently. It helps me plan out what I am eating, and what I need to add or subtract from The Plan. I have seen that I sometimes don't eat enough protein, for example, but the fat grams are never a problem! This has helped tremendously. I also exercise regularly, either walking or doing The Firm DVDs.



All things are possible through Christ who strengthens me.
