I'm 46 years old and would love to figure this weight/health thing out before I'm 50. Getting back on track again after regaining all the weight I lost four years ago (40 pounds). Now I have even more to lose. Isn't that a common tale? I'm in a really great state of mind this time and I'm feeling confident.

It is slow and steady for me - 1 pound a week. I'm in no rush. I just want to approach all things, including weight loss, with sanity and peace.
