Introduction Text I have a full time job that I love, a position coaching archery in the evenings at a University that I love, and a really long commute to both (which I don't love). After looking at the weight that I had put on over the last year or so I realized it was a combination of a really bad diet and complete lack of physical activity. Resolving to change both of those for good - and get back to a fitter, healthier me.

To be able to climb the stairs of my apartment (3 flights) without getting really winded and tired. To get back into a "healthy" BMI. To get below the weight that I've had since high school. To do a real pull-up.

Couch to 5K Walking around Portland's trail system Strength training at the gym Permanently fixing my terrible eating habits.
