My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50Lbs by this summer and weigh a total of 140Lbs.
My Program:
I''m cutting down on calories, eating more fruits and vegies, drinking more water, and working out everyday. I''m doing cardio and strength workouts.
Treadmill, malibue pilates, the abaway pro, and working out with free weights and a stability ball. The elliptical machine at WOW.
Personal Information:
I''m from Nashua, NH and have been living here for seven years now. My name''s Carla, and my email address is almeida38@live.com I''m portuguese and have light auburn hair and greenish brown eyes. Right now I''m 5 6" and weigh 175Lbs. I''ll look alot better after reaching my goal.
Other Information:
I love a good mystery, horror book such as Dean Koontz and James Patterson. I love reading health and beauty magazines, listening to 80''s music. Going online. I love to spend time with my bf watch movies, hand out with friends and barbecue and drink a few beers.
