to lose weight where i dont hurt all the time with my legs . and i can do more thing in life

My Program:
 write all i eat down and try to keep my calories down .
i bought treadmill
and drink 6-8 glass of water everday

married 5 yrs to a sweetheart he does alot to help me
i have 2 dogs they are my babies annie and mendy
