Carmapau's little space on SparkPeople :o)


I was a 36 year old Stay-at-Home Mom when I first started using SparkPeople. My children were 5 and 6 years old back then. Now they are 17 and 18 years old. We still live in Aurora, Colorado. (Part of the Denver metro area for people not from around here.) :o) We moved from Coralville, Iowa to Aurora, Colorado at the end of June 2005. It has been almost 14 years. Even after all of those years I still find new things about the Denver area.

My Goals:
I basically want to be healthier and lose weight. I would like to fit into smaller sizes of clothing again finally.

My Program:
 I have always disliked diets. I want to focus on eating what I need to meet my caloric needs while paying attention to other nutritional tracking items so that I am eating a well balanced and nutritious diet. I would like to also concentrate on being motivated to excercise on a regular basis.


Personal Information:
I am a 46 year old Mother of a 15 and 16 year old. They are 1 year and 4 months apart in age.
