I Am "58" yr old July 16th..Weight problem All my life but got out of control after getting Disabled in 1988 then Husbands Suicide in 2001...I gave up n gained an enormous amt. of wt.. +225 to be exact. Diabetic(insulin dependant), arthritis, Fibro, Bi*polar, manic depression, PTSD, Anxiety to name a few of the top diagnoses.. w/ Couching I lost 60+ lbs. In about a yr n 1/2 but injured my arms, sunk into depression n have gained it all back.. I've got to Change my lifestyle 4 Good or my outcome ...
