I'm a 58 year old Mom and grandma. I have been a spark member since February 2017 and have lost 83 lbs and it's December 2017. This is journey of healthy living has been one of the most successful in a long, long time. I attribute my success to the Spark People program, I believe all the different parts such as the article reading and the people have been important part of that process. Best of luck to all who strive to live a healthy life style, and with Spark People that's possible.

    thanks for the comment on my blog, yes i have paypal.
    i know this is a scary thought, but something deep inside of me thinks that one of paypal employees might have breached my account.
    i looked it up online and found dozens of complaints from users who said they had been hacked and believed it came from paypal.
    i sure hope not because at this point they are the last way i have to pay for anything online.
    i wont add my new debit card and have gone back to paying bills by check, snailmail or in person.
    the reason i feel this way, i called paypal about confirming a phone number when i had sold an item recently.
    the young man was helpful, but within a few minutes began asking me questions, which i answered but after about 4 questions i realized these were my security questions to my bank account.
    i asked why he was asking me these things and he said it was my security questions to paypal.
    about a week later, charges appeared on my account to an online gambling site.
    i changed my paypal security questions and my password.
    i hope it isnt the case, but i have even considered deleting my paypal account but i have a few bills that i pay that way.
    its a messed up world.
