    Truly understand what you are saying... I honestly don't like the word diet, but that's what it's called... but I believe following this food plan will help me to implement the overall lifestyle changes I have needed to make for years. That includes significantly reducing or eliminating altogether food options that affect me in a very negative health and adverse way that personally cause me pain, inflammation, low energy and so on.

    I don't want to live or feel that way anymore... so I am seeing this as a kickstart into a healthy lifestyle that includes food choices I know I need to implement into my life to live my best and most healthy life.
