Hey everyone! My name is Cassie and I'm a a senior in my last year of college. I've always been overweight, but during high school I really gained a lot of weight. I'd say about 80 pounds from freshman to senior year. I guess just bad choices and not caring. But my freshman year of college I lost 30 pounds. I'm trying to lose the rest of it and even if I don't get as skinny as I was my freshman year of high school, I'm alright with that. From freshman year of college to now I've lost about 15 more pounds, give and take.

I'd like to lose at least 30 more pounds, and more if I could! I know you all are in the same kind of boat as me! I'm ready to lose it all now :]

I'm single and have been since I started college, I had a relationship all throughout high school. I'm ready to be in another relationship now but I feel like more guys would be interested once I lose weight. I guess we'll see how things go.

My friend and I are also going on a European trip May 30-June 28 this year, so I'm going to look my absolute best by then! Not that I'm going to TRY to, I am GOING to! :] I lost about 10 more pounds this past summer but then this last semester but it all back on and went from about 178 back to 198. I'm going to get back to where I was this summer before school PLUS some! I'm finally going to reach my goal this year of 150 pounds. No ifs, ands, or buts!

I see a lot of people have gifts for themselves when they reach certain goals, and I think that's a great idea! Reaching each goal itself is great but if I treat myself to something extra then I'll really be happy and proud!

June 1: 165
July 1: 160
August 1: 155
September 1: 150

And we'll see where I get from there!!

180: Cute workout clothes (I did this when I met the goal before, but maybe once I meet it again I'll get more!)
170: New sexy clothes! & bathing suit
160: New hair & style!
150 (?): Another new bathing suit :] (And hopefully may be living in California instead of cold Connecticut by then!)

My Goals:
I would like to look better in my clothes and be able to go into any clothes store and know exactly what size i am and always fit into that size.. I'd also like to look better in a bathing suit, like any girl does!


My Program:
I'm working out with a trainer once a week doing strength training exercises, and doing strength training two other times a week also with cardio, going to the gym at least 5 times a week.

I also am staying within or under my calorie range, despite maybe slipping up every now and then, but not often! I'm just doing the best I can to make myself the best I can be :]



Personal Information:
I'm 20 and in my third year of college majoring in English. I'm about halfway to my goal and want to keep going!
