Good to hear from you! I have noticed that you have "liked" some of my recent exercise! I have been exercising all along, but just not logging it in. It will be 7 months since I lost the love of my life and I have just been putting one foot in front of the other on many days. I now realize that I would prefer to gain that 20 lbs back and still have my hubby....guess it makes one realize how important getting our priorities straight can be! Glad to hear you are back in action too! Sometimes life just gets in the way of our accomplishing our goals! Thanks for being a spark friend!'

Thanks for checking in! I have not been active on Spark since my husband died. I have lost almost 20 pounds because I have no appetite - which makes me believe that just eating less is the key to losing weight. Also, I think there is some merit to the new fad where you only eat in a 6 hour window and fast the rest of the day....only because now I no longer eat breakfast as I am not hungry until around noon,,,and then eat supper/dinner around 5:30. I believe they call it "intermittent fasting. I did not do this intentionally, but because of changes in my life, I have been trying to find new routines and changing things that cause me sorrow because they were things my hubby and I always did together....llike our oatmeal breakfasts.

I was happy to hear from you as I wondered how you were doing - but I did see that you were getting your exercise in most days! Thanks for being a SparkFriend!
