The meaning of Success = HEALTH


Health is a reachable goal.....I am here to reach for it. I almost fully succeeded 4 years ago....This time it's for me and it's for life. I can't help the people around me if I won't help myself first.

My Goals:
My goal is simple. To be at a healthy weight. To find a soul mate. To be happy.

My Program:
 Lower carb, higher "good fat", moderate protein. Incorporating a low carb/high fiber veggie for lunch and dinner. One small piece of fruit with breakfast. Basically a modified Ketonic eating plan to ward off diabetes.

    Thanks for stopping and reading the blog. I've have been highlighting the book. and I thought others needed to see this and wake up. Sure put it home to me.

    Further he mentions fat mothers bearing fat babies and inturn they have a tendency to become fat when older and be parents of fat babies. because there mothers blood sugar was up - feeds the baby, the baby's pancreas develops more insulin secreting etc. just a really vicious cycle. So some of the damage is also done within the womb.
