I'm Catherine, a woman who wants nothing more than for people to be happy. The only problem is that I lost the goal of life and happiness for myself.

I'm not in a place in my life where I can get healthy and lose this weight for myself. I have been using food to cope with life and now I look forward to learning new ways to cope with life.

My eating habit are horrible and I look forward to finding healthy recipes, food items, and ways to acheive a healthy body.

My ultimate goal is to get my body in shape so that I can be on my feet for 8 - 12 hours a day. Then I know that my strength will hold up while I volunteer at church, women organizations, and animal shelters.

My Goals:
Short-Term Goal: Walk for an hour every day.

Weight Training three days a week

Walk 275 miles byJanuary 1, 2010

Long-Term Goal: Lose 300 pounds.

Walk 640 miles before January 1, 2011

My Program:
Logging my food in every day, making great use of Sparkpeople menu list.

Making sure I get at least 30 minutes of exercise every day.
